Description:
Her name is Wrath, after named one of the Deadly Sins.
She enjoys being a mini version of her father. Which would explain her liking to wear similar attire. But she enjoys meddling in mortal affairs. And offers to avenge those who have been wrongly judged. But as a downside. She is not biased on who she helps, after you get your revenge. She may be called upon by the other side of the argument who wish their own revenge. This makes her father happy, because he is the embodiment of all Evil, Wrath generates more and more Evil the more she plays with her victims anger. which makes her father stronger. Only her Alter-ego. Forgiveness can prevent a victim from going too far. But Wrath is far more powerful than Forgiveness. So only the true of heart can bring Forgiveness out of Wrath to restore the chaos that has occurred.
